RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Upon inspection if any items do not have tags intact we are therefore obliged to deny a refund/exchange. Any items returned to have odour from sweat or smoking etc will not be accepted for refund/exchange. The buyer must insure that the return packaging is safe and secure. If any item is returned with damage a refund/exchange will not be accepted.

 

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at team@clubgolf.uk to inform us of what you are returning and the reasoning.

Please note, the shipping cost of the item(s) being returned is at your expense. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
